Shipping
All our goods and services are shipped by Pos Malaysia. We have a 99.9% successful delivery rate with this 3rd party service provider. We do not accept responsibility for any inconvenience caused by late or non-delivery of goods. Our tracking processes of non-deliveries will be initiated within one (1) week after receipt of your written notification of non-receipt of items..

Returns
Items should be immediately examined upon receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted for damages, shortages or packing errors unless they are reported within 24 hours of receipt of the items.

The decision for any refund will be made by the Customer Services Manager and will be deemed final.

The cost of any item that has been found to be damaged in transit or missing will be refunded to you within 30 working days after having received the returned item or after the confirmation of a non-delivery by Pos Malaysia.

Your Order
Orders of in-stock merchandise are shipped from our office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia within 14 days upon the receipt of your payment. We will notify you by email of any anticipated delays. Orders shipping to outside Malaysia usually take longer. You may email us questions about your order at any time. Send your email to sales@rtm.com.my.
